Managing Director – Kamal Thakur (Food Safety Auditor-Trainer-consultant) Kamal has been working in the food safety industry for 9 years and has a wealth of experience in improving food safety standards to a range of clients in NSW QLD and VIC. Kamal initially started working as a chef in aged care in Australia. Before he set out as a private food safety consultant business. He has worked in many Nursing Home and aged care.Kamal has worked with numerous food businesses improving their standards including industries such as hotels, food manufacturers, Restaurants, aged care, hospitals and Child care. Kamal and his team is an internationally registered lead food safety auditor with Exemplar Global and certifies food businesses worldwide and is also a registered food safety auditor for 3rd party government regulatory audits for most food sectors within NSW QLD and VIC. Kamal has also certificate IV in Training and Assessment and do trainings and education in all the area of food safety in aged care sector and provided numerous keynote presentations for companies in relation to food safety. Kamal Thakur and our auditors at Public Health & Food Safety are regulatory food safety auditors (RFSA) also known as third-party auditors (TPA) and qualified with National Food Safety Auditor (NFSA) and Food safety management systems (FSMS) with Exemplar Global’s Food Safety Management Systems Auditor Certification.
