Our auditor are also qualified regulatory food safety auditors (RFSA) also known as third-party auditors (TPA) with National Food Safety Auditor (NFSA) and Food safety management systems (FSMS) high risk with Exemplar Global’s Food Safety Management Systems Auditor Certification for world wide.

Phfs has been established for years and has built a reputation based on quality audits and provides food safety auditing, consultancy, food safety training, and HACCP certification throughout NSW QLD and VIC.

Internal audits assist businesses to comply with both the regulatory requirements, HACCP and their food safety plan. Phfs can conduct internal audits which includes an onsite audit and complete review of their program and monitoring records. All our auditors have extensive experience, are professionally certified, insured and approved by the relevant regulatory bodies throughout NSW, VIC and QLD.

Managing Director – Kamal Thakur (Food Safety Auditor-Trainer-consultant). Kamal initially started working as a chef in aged care in Australia. Before he set out as a food safety consultancy. He has worked in many Nursing Home and aged care with numerous food businesses improving their standards including industries such as aged care and Child care.
